pinkpk Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related pinkpk policies:

• "pinkpk" refers to the online gaming platform operated at pinkpk.org, including all its subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a pinkpk account or who accesses and uses any pinkpk service in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the pinkpk platform, including associated PKR balance, bonus credits, and transaction history.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player in PKR that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by pinkpk that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to a Real Money Balance.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on any game, sports event, or other activity offered on the pinkpk platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required by pinkpk prior to processing withdrawals or in compliance with applicable regulations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of pinkpk services is legally restricted or explicitly excluded under pinkpk's licensing conditions.
• "Services" collectively refers to all products, games, betting markets, promotions, payment facilities, customer support, and ancillary features offered through the pinkpk platform.

By accessing pinkpk.org, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any pinkpk service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any policies incorporated by reference such as the pinkpk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pinkpk. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pinkpk platform and close your account if one has been registered.

pinkpk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Where amendments materially affect your rights or obligations, pinkpk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or platform notification.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active pinkpk account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. pinkpk enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all real-money gaming activity. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering an account or placing wagers of any kind.
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You must not be accessing pinkpk from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not have previously been self-excluded from pinkpk or any affiliated gaming platform, or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be acting under any legal incapacity that would prevent such capacity.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any employee of pinkpk or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.

pinkpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending resolution.

Each eligible player may register one (1) pinkpk account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any details change. pinkpk is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, pinkpk will require you to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account linked to your registered mobile number)
• Additional documentation as may be required under anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations

pinkpk processes KYC documentation within 2–5 business days. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. pinkpk reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: pinkpk accepts deposits exclusively via approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT cryptocurrency. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the player explicitly selects USDT, in which case the equivalent PKR value at the prevailing exchange rate will be credited to the account.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your pinkpk account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. pinkpk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the method's availability and applicable limits. pinkpk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The player's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 (subject to change; current limits are displayed in your account).
• pinkpk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 50,000.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed within standard Pakistani banking hours and may take up to 24 hours.

pinkpk does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside pinkpk's control.

pinkpk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms disclosed at the point of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the period specified in the promotion terms if wagering requirements are not met within that period. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Abuse and Fraud: pinkpk reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, exploitation of technical errors, or the use of automated software.
• Promotion Modification: pinkpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All betting and gaming activity on the pinkpk platform is governed by the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are additionally available within each relevant section of the platform.

Finality of Wagers: Once confirmed, a wager placed on pinkpk is final and may not be amended, reversed, or cancelled by the player except where permitted by an explicit cash-out or bet-editing feature, if available. It is your responsibility to verify all wager details prior to confirmation.

Error and Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game error that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, or payout, pinkpk reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the player's account. pinkpk will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on pinkpk. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or sports betting market. pinkpk reserves the right to adjust limits at its discretion, including applying individual account-level limits where deemed appropriate.

Suspicious Activity: Any wager placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of sports integrity violation will be voided and the associated funds forfeited. pinkpk cooperates with relevant sports governing bodies and regulatory authorities in investigating integrity-related matters.

Cricket & PSL Betting: All cricket betting markets, including PSL, international T20I, and Test match markets, are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In-play markets are settled on the data feed received from pinkpk's official data provider. In the event of a discrepancy, the official governing body result shall prevail.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pinkpk platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing platform rules or exploiting promotions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the pinkpk platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, poker (if available), or any other multiplayer format.
• Laundering money or processing funds through the pinkpk platform in violation of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction with your payment provider after the funds have been used for wagering.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening conduct toward pinkpk staff or other players via any customer support or community channel.

pinkpk is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. pinkpk provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools to help manage gaming activity, available at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you fund your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out, regardless of ongoing activity.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period. Once the limit is reached, no further wagering is permitted until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and you will not receive any promotional communications.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during that session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pinkpk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any pinkpk content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any pinkpk software or game.
• Use the pinkpk brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by pinkpk.
• Create derivative works based on pinkpk's platform, games, or content.

Third-party game content made available through the pinkpk platform (including titles from PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pinkpk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pinkpk account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pinkpk shall not be liable — whether directly or indirectly — for any of the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from service interruption, system downtime, or technical malfunction beyond pinkpk's reasonable control
• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or telecommunications networks
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account login credentials
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by pinkpk's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination by Player: You may close your pinkpk account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Termination by pinkpk: pinkpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account.
• You are found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Your account is required to be closed under applicable law, regulatory order, or our licensing obligations.
• You have not logged in to your account for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy applies; dormant account processing fees may be applied after written notice).

In cases of termination for material breach, pinkpk reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

pinkpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these terms will always be accessible at pinkpk.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was made.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations under these Terms, pinkpk will endeavour to provide advance notice of at least seven (7) calendar days via registered email address or prominent platform notification. Your continued use of pinkpk services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any revised terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the pinkpk platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pinkpk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the pinkpk platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. Players wishing to raise a dispute should first contact pinkpk's customer support team with full details of the issue. pinkpk commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the pinkpk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pinkpk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
